Lakes & Ponds

Ashburn Village is home to eight (8) Private man-made lakes and ponds that are stocked with bass, sun perch, and carp and are home to ducks, geese, herons and other wildlife.

Ashburn Village residents and their guests may enjoy "Catch and Release" fishing between Dawn and Dusk, with a valid state fishing license. Information on Virginia fishing regulations and licenses can be found on the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries website.
The AVCA has installed containers at all our lakes for used fishing line and hook disposal (see image below). Improperly discarded fishing line and hooks may injure wildlife. Please be a responsible fisher and place these in the containers for safe, clean disposal.
