Lakes & Ponds

 

 

Ashburn Village residents and their guests may enjoy "Catch and Release" fishing between Dawn and Dusk, with a valid state fishing license. Information on Virginia fishing regulations and licenses can be found on the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries website. 

 

Also, the AVCA provides fishing line disposal containers (pictured below) at all of our lakes for used fishing line and hook disposal. Improperly discarded line and hooks can injure wildlife, so please be a responsible fisher and place all used materials in the designated containers for safe, clean disposal.

 

 

Canoes, kayaks, rowboats or other manually propelled boats are allowed on all lakes and ponds. No type of motorized water craft is permitted.

Swimming and Ice skating is not permitted for the safety of our residents and guests.
