Recreation Centers
Recreation Centers are available to rent by any Ashburn Village deeded homeowner in good standing.
If you are a renter in Ashburn Village and want to rent one of the recreation centers the deeded homeowner must complete the rental agreement in the AVCA office and provide the security deposit (check only). In addition, the homeowner must be present during the entire rental period and should have a copy of the ratified contract on the premises.
Recreation Center tours are available by appointment only. You must call to schedule an appointment 1 business day in advance. Walk-in appointments are not accepted. Please contact our Member Services Representative to schedule a appointment at (703) 723-7910, ext. 100. Tours are available Monday-Friday, 9AM-12PM or 2PM-4PM.
In order to reserve a recreation center you must book at least 5 business days in advance.
The Woods and Mills cost $30 per hour and the Lakes is $50 per hour plus a additional one time attendant fee of $50. In addition, a $500 refundable security deposit (check only) will be collected for each rental when making your reservation. Homeowners are responsible for removing all trash, wiping down all surfaces and leaving the premises clean*. Each recreation center will only have one (1) rental per day.

In order to reserve a community center you must be an Ashburn Village homeowner. In addition, the deeded homeowner must complete a rental agreement in the AVCA office along with payment (rental and security deposit).
