COVID Restrictions - Please follow the rules
- You MUST wear a mask into and out of the Sports Pavilion and Tennis Bubble.
- MASKS ARE REQUIRED inside AVSP, any time you are not engaged in vigorous physical activity, per the Governor's guidelines.
- All of our staff wear masks, even while on the pool deck teaching lessons and in staff common areas.
- All of the kids in our distance learning program wear masks.
- We do ask members to wear their masks while not engaged in vigorous physical activity.
- Those members that ignore the request, are asked to leave.
- This is noted in their account, and if this occurs again, a formal complaint is turned in to the HOA and the BOD asking that the member's account be temporarily suspended due to not following COVID guidelines.

Ashburn Village is in compliance with what the County and Health Department are implementing. These restrictions are in place due to COVID, however the Board will review and make changes if needed or allowed.
INDOOR POOL AND TENNIS BUBBLE
The indoor pool and the tennis bubble are open with modified hours, and all staff are adhering to safety protocols. Three lanes of the indoor pool are open at all times to residents. The other 3 lanes are designated for swim practice and lessons.
Sports Pavilion Indoor Pool and Tennis Bubble Hours
Monday through Friday – 5 am-8:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday – 7 am-4:30 pm
The indoor pool can have a maximum of 30 people in the indoor area at one time.
The tennis bubble can have a maximum of 20 people inside at one time.
LAKES POOL
The Lakes Community Center Pool, located at 44078 Cheltenham Circle, is an Olympic sized, lighted pool with a diving board. There is also a smaller "baby pool" area that allows for our younger residents to enjoy the water as well. Be sure to take advantage of this amenity by soaking up the sun, relaxing poolside and enjoying an afternoon of leisure in the Village.
MILLS POOL
The Mills Community Center Pool, located at 43895 Grottoes Drive, is affectionately nicknamed by our younger residents as the "bucket pool" for its many amenities that cater to our young water lovers. Kids of all ages regularly visit this very popular summertime destination and on most summer days, the Mills pool can boast as one of the busiest spots in the Village.
WOODS POOL
The Woods Community Center Pool, located at 44020 Louisa Drive, is tucked in to a quiet nook here in the Village, where residents can spend many leisurely hours basking in the summer sun. Many of our residents find it a quiet respite in the midst of their hectic days.
SPORTS PAVILION
The Sports Pavilion, located at 20585 Ashburn Village Blvd, hosts both indoor and outdoor 25 meter pools. During the summer swim team season, the Aqua Jets host practices in the late afternoon and evening hours in the outdoor pool.
ACCESS CARDS/POOL PASSES
In order to enter the Pavilion or pools, you must have an access card or the app loaded on your phone for scanning. If you do not have an access card, you must contact the HOA office. You may also email Ana at the office for additional help awilson@ashburnvillage.org. If you have lost or misplaced your card, it is $5.00 to replace the card. Check or cash only.
Did You Recently Move To The VILLAGE?
All homeowners and renters must have a Membership access card to enter the Pavilion and pools when open. If you have recently moved to the Village and do not have passes, you will need to submit the attached form by email to the HOA office before coming in. awilson@ashburnvillage.org

POOL RULES
The Lifeguards and Manager-on-Duty (MOD) have the authority to enforce the rules listed here to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of all participants. Participants not abiding by these rules may be asked to leave the facility and may also be subject to suspension or termination of facility privileges. Identification of Residents All residents and guests 6 years of age or older must provide either a valid AVCA Membership Card or a valid AVCA Guest Pass to gain entry to any AVCA pool.
Pool Closings In addition to Loudoun County and State of Virginia Health Code Standards, the pool will be closed for the following reasons:
