Annual Inspections - Temporarily Suspended
We are temporarily suspending annual property inspections as we focus on integrating a new software system. The transition is expected to be completed in time for annual property inspections to resume in March 2027.
The 2027 inspection schedule will be published once the new system is in place.
Why You May See Community Standards Inspectors in Your Neighborhood
If you see inspectors out in the field, they may be in your area addressing resident-submitted concerns, following up on previously identified violations, or conducting resale inspections for homes that are being sold.

Ashburn Lake Forebay Project
*Work in Progress*
Loudoun County is currently conducting a water quality improvement project at Ashburn Lake to ensure the lake continues to meet required environmental standards. The project may involve periodic equipment, brief access limitations, or visible work along the shoreline as improvements move forward.

Making a Change?
Are you considering adding a patio, a walkway or changing the landscape of your home? Homeowners must submit an Exterior Modification Application prior to starting a project.

All applications are online. Make sure to read the Architectural & Environmental Guidelines, before submitting your application. The Guidelines can be downloaded from the Community Standards page.

Renting Your Home
All Owners renting their property in Ashburn Village are required to provide the Association with the following documents:
- Executed written lease (minimum 6 months)
- AVCA Lease Addendum
- New Renters and Conveyance Form (Required only if conveying amenity privileges to tenants)
- Change of Address Request Form (For OWNERS New/Changed Address)
Please note when your tenants' lease expires so do their AVSP passes! A new lease is required to renew their AVSP passes!!! Please email your lease to memberservices@ashburnvillage.org.
