Ashburn Village Invasive Removal Team (AVIRT)

 

AVIRT's goal is to lead resident volunteers and teach effective methods for controlling invasive plants.

 

Invasive plants are an enormous and growing problem, and every person who learns how to identify and remove them makes a difference. Residents that join AVIRT will work on different areas of Ashburn Village removing different plants throughout the year.
