Ashburn Village offers a variety of recreational amenities located throughout the community. Below is a list of each amenity and its location. In order to access the sports courts and tennis/pickleball courts please sign up for access here.

Basketball Courts
There are 4 outdoor basketball courts located throughout Ashburn Village for residents' use:
- Fincastle Field, located at the intersection of Fincastle Drive and Ashburn Village Boulevard
- Mills Field, located at the Mills Recreation Center, 43985 Grottoes Drive
- Woods Courts, located at the intersection of Louisa Drive and Ashburn Village
- Small basketball court located on the common area of Mossy Glen Terrace & Sawgrass Place
- Fincastle Field, located at the intersection of Fincastle Drive and Ashburn Village Boulevard
Fit Trail
- Choptank Field on Gloucester Boulevard across from the Mills Rec Center
- Fincastle Field, located at the intersection of Fincastle Drive and Ashburn Village Boulevard
- Mills Field, located at the Mills Recreation Center, 43895 Grottoes Drive
Ashburn Village has 9 amazing playgrounds located throughout the Village, many of which are accessible from the walking trails. The playgrounds were updated and enlarged in 2019-2020.

- Common area behind the townhouses located on Falmouth Court.
- Common area off Ashburn Village Blvd between the Minnieland and Gala Circle.
