Reminders:

Homeowner Responsibility: Snow Removal
As a homeowner, you are responsible for clearing your parking space or driveway, front walkway and the sidewalk in front of your property.
Doing so helps ensure safe passage for neighbors, mail carriers, and emergency responders—and supports our community’s commitment to accessibility during winter weather.

Please Don’t Throw Snow Into the Street or Onto Fire Hydrants
When clearing snow from your car, parking space, driveway, or sidewalk do not push or throw the snow into the roadway or onto firehydrants.

Why this matters:
Keeps roads clear: Our crews work hard to plow and treat the roads. Extra snow pushed into the street undoes that progress and slows cleanup.
Community courtesy: Keeping snow off the road helps everyone get around more easily and safely.

Fire Hydrants Safety:
Please avoid piling snow on or near fire hydrants. In an emergency, every second counts—and buried hydrants can delay response times for fire crews.

We recommend that you place the snow in your yard.
