AERC Committee Meeting

HOA Office Closed - Independence Day Holiday!

In observance of Independence Day our office will be closed Friday, July 3rd. We will resume regular business hours at 8AM on Monday, July 6th.
 
Landscape Committee Meeting
Tuesday, July 7th, 2026, 6pm at Lakes Recreation Center (44078 Cheltenham Circle) & Virtual Meeting
This committee looks at landscape projects throughout the Village and formulates suggestions to be presented to the Board of Directors.

Parking Committee

The Parking Committee is dedicated to tackle the ongoing parking difficulties within the Village, especially in densely populated townhome areas where finding available parking is a notable issue for residents. This effort seeks to devise actionable strategies to alleviate these challenges.

Aquatics Advisory Committee

This committee plays a vital advisory role to the Board of Directors—offering strategic input on swim team operations and helping shape budget priorities for our aquatics facilities and programs.

Deadline for Exterior Modification Applications
Thursday, July 16th, 2026, Until 12pm
Planning changes to your home’s exterior? Applications for review by the AERC Committee must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM on the second Thursday prior to the next AERC meeting.
 
  1. This includes all required attachments and documentation.
  2. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
