Racquet Sports Committee Meeting

The purpose of the Racquet Sports Committee is to coordinate recreation and social program events for the tennis and pickleball community. The Racquet Sports Committee is advisory in nature and serves the Ashburn Village Community Association’s Board of Directors.
AERC Committee Meeting

The Architectural and Environmental Review Committee meets monthly to review the exterior modification applications for Ashburn Village.   ZOOM Meeting log-in information is located on the Committees page of the website.

Aquatics Advisory Committee

This committee will serve as a key advisory body to the Board of Directors, oversee and provide recommendations for the swim teams, and guidance on budget decisions for aquatics facilities and programs. 
 
Make a splash in the Aquatics Advisory Committee - email avca@ashburnvillage.org to volunteer with other members of the community.

Annual Meeting
Thursday, October 16th, 2025, 6pm at Lakes Recreation Center, 44078 Cheltenham Cir, Ashburn VA 20147
The Ashburn Village Board of Directors encourages all homeowners in the Village to attend the Annual Meeting at the Lakes Recreation Center. 
 
Meeting registration starts at 6 pm.  Meeting begins at 6:30 pm
AERC Application Deadline
Thursday, October 23rd, 2025, All Day Event
Submit your application and attachments to the Association Office no later than 12:00 pm the second Thursday prior to the AERC meeting. Your application MUST BE COMPLETE for it to be reviewed at the next AERC Committee meeting.
