The Board of Directors will hold a Board meeting Wednesday, October 2nd at 6 pm.

The sole purpose of this meeting is to discuss and approve the 2020 Budget. There will be an open forum for homeowners, the only item on the agenda will be Budget.

 

We encourage all homeowners who would like to ask questions and review the budget to attend this meeting. Many homeowners ask management how the assessments are determined as we have single family homes, townhomes, Class B and commercial properties. We will also discuss how the Reserve Study and Capitol Expenditures affect and determine budgeting along with previous budgets and surpluses. This is the last meeting before the Annual Meeting
