Annual Meeting
Location:	Lakes Recreation Center
Time:	6pm
Description:	The Association’s Annual Meeting and Board of Directors election will be held on October 17, 2019 at the Lakes Recreational Center on Cheltenham Circle. Registration will begin at 6:00 pm with call to order at 6:30 pm. All are welcome to attend and are encouraged to vote. All homeowners should have received their packets and online voting code. If you are mailing your proxy, please make sure you place the ballot sheet inside the envelope and fill in your address, name, signature and date on the outside of the envelope. We must have the envelope proxy attached to the ballot. This verifies that you are an owner and eligible to vote. We have an Election Committee that will tally all paper and electronic votes. The electronic voting ends at midnight on October 16th. The Election Committee consists of 2 directors not up for re-election, the manager, the finance manager and 2 volunteer homeowners. The attorney will also attend. The sole purpose of an annual meeting is to elect new officers and to approve last year’s Annual Minutes.
