American Red Cross Babysitter Training Course
The American Red Cross Babysitter’s Course provides youth who are planning to babysit with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly give care for children and infants. This training will help participants to develop leadership skills; learn how to develop a babysitting business, keep themselves and others safe and help children behave; and learn about basic child care and basic first aid.

Teen Weight Training Certification Training
The "do's and don'ts" of fitness and weight training. This is a two-day course and teens must demonstrate competency on the equipment and pass a written quiz. Participants must attend both days of the session. After completing this course, teenagers, aged 12-15, may use the fitness center with parental supervision or during the designated "Teen Workout" times (trainer-supervised).
First Aid/Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED Course
The American Red Cross First Aid/Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED Course incorporates the latest science and teaches students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries, heat and cold emergencies and how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies to help victims of any age - adults (about 12 years and older) and pediatric (infants and children up to 12 years of age). Students who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years.
