Woods Rec Center
The Woods Recreation Center, located at 44020 Louisa Drive, is the smallest and coziest recreation center in the Village and will accommodate approximately 35-45 guests. In addition to an outdoor pool, basketball and tennis courts, the Woods has a fully furnished meeting room available for rent by any deeded homeowner in good standing. 
 
In order to reserve this recreation center you must book at least 5 business days in advance. 
 
The outdoor pool, basketball courts, and tennis courts are not available for private rental.
 
At this recreation center:
  • Solid Surface Flooring
  • Full Kitchen Facility (Full Refrigerator, Microwave, Sink, Oven, 4 burner stove top)
  • Restrooms
  • Four Rectangular Wooden Tables
  • Two 6ft. Rectangular Banquet Tables
  • 12 Folding Chairs 
  • 26 Ladder Back chairs
  • High Speed Wireless Internet
Renting the Woods Recreation Center:
  • $30/hour with a 1-hour minimum and 13-hour maximum rental. Please include set-up and clean-up in your requested rental time.
  • $500 refundable deposit (check only)
  • The Woods Recreation Center will only have one (1) rental per day.
  • Rental hours are between 9 AM and 10 PM.
