Mills Recreation Center

Mills Rec Center
The Mills Recreation Center, located at 43895 Grottoes Drive, is currently the second largest recreation center in the Village and will accommodate approximately 100 guests. In addition to an outdoor pool, tennis courts and a soccer field used by the community, the Mills also has an unfurnished meeting room available for rent by any deeded homeowner in good standing. The outdoor pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and soccer field are not available for private rental.
 
In order to reserve this recreation center you must book at least 5 business days in advance. 
 
At this recreation center:
 
  • 2 Rooms
  • Kitchenette (small refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, microwave, sink)
  • Restrooms
  • Eight 6ft Rectangular Banquet Tables
  • Three 4ft Round Banquet Tables
  • Two 5ft Rectangular Banquet Tables
  • Chairs (approximately 65)
  • Sofa
  • Accent Chairs (2)
  • High Speed Wireless Internet
 
Renting the Mills Recreation Center:
  • Rental hours are between 9 AM and 10 PM.
  • $30/hour with a 1-hour minimum and 13-hour maximum rental time. Please include set-up and clean-up in your requested rental time.
  • $500 refundable deposit (check only)
  • The Mills Recreation Center will only have one (1) rental per day.
