Racquet Sports Committee Meeting

Landscape Committee Meeting

Aquatics Advisory Committee

This committee plays a vital advisory role to the Board of Directors—offering strategic input on swim team operations and helping shape budget priorities for our aquatics facilities and programs.

AERC Committee Meeting

The Architectural and Environmental Review Committee meets monthly to review the exterior modification applications for Ashburn Village.   To participate remotely, please join the Zoom meeting here.

Deadline for Exterior Modification Applications
Thursday, March 19th, 2026, Until 12pm
Planning changes to your home’s exterior? Applications for review by the AERC Committee must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM on the second Thursday prior to the next AERC meeting.
 
  1. This includes all required attachments and documentation.
  2. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
