Aquatics Advisory Committee

This committee plays a vital advisory role to the Board of Directors—offering strategic input on swim team operations and helping shape budget priorities for our aquatics facilities and programs.

AERC Committee Meeting

The Architectural and Environmental Review Committee meets monthly to review the exterior modification applications for Ashburn Village.

Racquet Sports Committee Meeting
Monday, February 9th, 2026, 1pm at Lakes Rec Center & Virtual Meeting
The purpose of the Racquet Sports Committee is to coordinate recreation and social program events for the tennis and pickleball community. The Racquet Sports Committee is advisory in nature and serves the Ashburn Village Community Association’s Board of Directors.

Deadline for Exterior Modification Applications
Thursday, February 19th, 2026, Until 12pm
Planning changes to your home’s exterior? Applications for review by the AERC Committee must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM on the second Thursday prior to the next AERC meeting.
 
  1. This includes all required attachments and documentation.
  2. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
