FACILITIES & GROUNDS

Plowed snow, salted sidewalks and streets – twice

CHRISTMAS TREE DISPOSAL

Christmas trees will be collected with yard waste next Monday, January 10th. The tree must be free of ornaments and tinsel/garland, and if the tree is over 8 feet in length, it must be cut in half before being placed on the curb.

2022 ASSESSMENT RATES

Reminder that the assessment amounts have changed. Please be sure to update your bill pay to reflect the new assessment rates prior to January. All residents enrolled in the AVCA Direct Debit program will automatically be updated. See the website for ways to pay your assessments.

EVENTS

Kick of 2022 by attending our Health Expo on Saturday January 22nd from 9am-1pm! Join us at the Sports Pavilion for fitness demos, healthy vendors, challenges, and fun activities for the kids.

UPCOMING MEETINGS

The AERC meeting has been rescheduled to January 13.

Lifeguard Hiring Event

Premier Aquatics will be having a hiring event for the 2022 Summer Season on Tuesday, January 18 from 6:00-6:30 PM!
