A BIG THANK YOU!! To all the volunteers, who put in so many hours to make our community run smoothly, working on Committees, on the Board, behind the scenes or volunteer at events, we appreciate all that you do!
REMINDERS ABOUT TRASH PICKUP
Yard waste bags or toters filled with dirt or rocks will not be picked up by Republic Services, as they are often heavier than 50 lb and the rocks and dirt damage the trucks. Please limit yard waste to leaves and grass clippings. Remember also to bundle and tie sticks. Bundles should be shorter than 4' and less than 50 lb.
NO PLASTIC BAGS
Yard debris may no longer be put out for collection in plastic bags. Please use either compostable paper bags or a toter labeled as YARD DEBRIS ONLY for grass clippings and leaves.
KEEP TOTERS OUT OF SIGHT
Please be sure to remove and store your toters out of sight, in your garage or behind the rear plane of your house, on the same day as trash/recycling pickup. Containers are to be placed out at curbside after 5:00 p.m. the night before pick-up.
REMINDERS ABOUT PARKING
Campers, trailers and recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked in open view in Ashburn Village.
KEEP SIDEWALKS CLEAR
Please do not park over the sidewalk or the driveway apron. Vehicles may be parked only in designated parking spaces, curbside in locations other than fire lanes, completely on paved driveways or within a garage.
Parking in unnumbered "guest" parking spaces and along Ashburn Village streets is on a first come, first served basis, but is not for storing vehicles long-term. Parking in many parts of Ashburn Village is limited. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
The full parking policy can be found on our website under the Homeowners tab.
Many trees and limbs have come down from recent storms. The Facilities&Grounds crew is working hard to get everything cleaned up.
We were lucky to have beautiful weather for the fireworks display on July 5th. Thank you to all the staff, volunteers and to the Sheriff's Department and Fire Department for helping to make the fireworks display safe and a success. We hope everyone enjoyed the show!
