Board of Directors Meeting
The next Board Meeting is Tuesday, August 25th at 6 pm. Log onto our website for our Zoom call information.
Sport Court
Our new Sport Court is officially open. We ask that every resident, including parents of residents, understand the rules and regulations of this new facility. The hours of the facility are from dusk to dawn. We have had multiple residents (young adults and children) climb the fence and damage the facility over the past couple of weeks. Any resident disobeying the rules and regulations, including trespassing when the facility is closed, or damaging the facility will be held accountable. We ask all residents to always let us know, if you see misuse or abuse of the facilities. If you SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING. The updates around our community, including new recreation facilities like this Sport Court, are funded by your hard-earned assessments. It is everyone’s responsibly to help with our Neighborhood Watch.
The Woods pool will close after Labor Day.
The Lakes outdoor pool will remain open for the month of September with modified hours after Labor Day.
Monday – Friday from 4 pm – 8 pm  (In 2 hour increments 10 min in between)
Saturday – Sunday 11 am – 8 pm  (In 2 and half hour increments)
All paving is completed for this year's Reserve. We still have multiple sidewalks to repair.
Swim Program
Gayle Terrio and Kristina Hart from the Pavilion are working tirelessly to try and accommodate all our resident swimmers. We appreciate all their efforts during this trying time. We are aiming to open the indoor pool October 1st. Our main goal is to ensure safety and have all areas properly sanitized, while keeping socially distanced. We have multiple programs and 6 lanes. Resident Swim, Private Lessons, Group Lessons, Water Aerobics and Swim Team. We appreciate your patience, as the Board works with Gayle for a solution.
Signs, Signs, everywhere Signs
Just a reminder … it's too early for any political signs. Per our guidelines you may only place signs out 30 days prior to any election.
We are so happy your kids have graduated and we wish them the best. We ask that homeowners start removing all the multiple signage on the fronts back and side of your homes. ????
Have a great weekend. See everyone Tuesday at our Board meeting.
