The Disclosure Package Request Online Form
is used to order the appropriate Homeowners Documents for selling your home. The form can be downloaded by clicking on the link below. Return the completed form, with payment, to the Association Office. The request will not be processed until payment is received.
Once the disclosure request is received, the staff will complete an exterior inspection of your property. Ashburn Village Community Association will inspect the property as required by the Virginia Property Owner's Association Act, Section 55-509.6.
Note to Condominium Owners:
Disclosure packages for condominiums must be requested through both Ashburn Village Community Association and your Condo Management company.
