For All Residents Not on the Association's Direct Debit Program
All assessments are due on the 1st of each month. Assessments received after the 10th of each month are considered late and will be assessed a $25.00 late fee.
Please be aware that if you are receiving statements about your assessment account, it is important that you contact the HOA even if you believe that your account is current.
2017 Monthly and Annual Assessment Fees:
Please be sure to update your bill pay to reflect the new assessment rates prior to January.  All residents enrolled in the AVCA Direct Debit program will automatically be updated.

How to Pay Assessments
Homeowners have three ways to pay their monthly assessments:
Online Bill Payment:  Each resident is responsible to contact their bank or access through their banking web site to set up the payment.  Please contact Bushra Khan at for your property account number.
Direct Debit Payers:  Funds will be automatically debited from the resident's bank account on the 3rd of each month.  To sign up please visit the HOA office to complete the form and submit with a voided check.  Once enrolled any assessment change will occur automatically.  Click to download the Direct Debit Form.
Check Payment:  Payments may be made by check and will incur a $25.00 check processing fee which will need to be included in the payment.  Checks can be mailed to:  AVCA, 44025 Courtland Dr, Ashburn, VA 20147
Payments made for the ENTIRE ANNUAL ASSESSMENT by check will not be assessed the $25.00 check fee.

Assessments - How Your Money is Allocated
The Association operates on a ZERO (0) budget.  All homeowners, Class B Multi-family and Commercial properties pay assessments.  For a further explanation of what the assessments pay for, click here:  Assessments Explanation

Budget and Finance Committee
The B&F committee meets on the 3rd Monday of the month at the Woods Recreational Center located on Louisa Drive.  The committee is always looking for new homeowners to join!  All changes to the date and time will be sent in an email blast so please make sure that you are signed up.
