Illegal Dumping:
There are many areas throughout the Village where trash is being placed in the parking lot common area islands.  All trash must be placed in containers and put in front of your homes.  Placing trash in the islands is considered illegal dumping and is not allowed.  Please help keep your community neat and critter free by placing trash in proper containers in the proper areas.

What Should I do if I Find a Traffic Sign Down?

If you find a VDOT sign down or missing from a VDOT street in the Village, please contact VDOT at 1-800-FOR-ROAD (1-800-367-7623).  VDOT works to replace critical signs - Stop, Yield,Wrong Way, Do Not Enter, One Way - as soon as reasonably is possible.  Crews will be dispatched as soon as they are available.  In the meantime, treat the intersections as an uncontrolled intersection and yield right-of-way to traffic to the right.  VDOT replaces other non-critical signs as workloads permit.

If the sign down or missing is from an AVCA street in the Village, please complete the online Community Concern Form below.

What Should I do if Wildlife Invades?

Ashburn Village is home to many creatures, including but not limited to, reptiles, birds, and many mammals including Fox, Deer, Rabbit, etc.  The Facilities & Grounds staff are not permitted to remove wildlife from your property.  Should you have any concerns about wildlife please visit the Loudoun County Wildlife Resources.
