Lakeshore Condominium Board of Director Meetings are held the last Thursday of every month at 6:30 p.m. in the Lakeshore Condominium Clubhouse, 44190 Natalie Terrace. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.
The next scheduled Board of Directors meeting will be Thursday, February 28, 2008, 6:30 p.m.
at the Lakeshore Condominium Clubhouse.
Recycable Trash Containers
The containers for recyclable trash are located at the corner of Cornstalk Terrace and Natalie Terrace, at the middle entrance to the complex. Please ensure that you are not dumping regular trash or bulk trash at this location. These containers are for recyclable trash only.
Verizon/Comcast
Please be sure to make arrangements ahead of time with the Site Manager to ensure doors are unlocked in the storage area for the cable/dish reps to gain access.
Dog Waste
There continues to be a problem on Cornstalk Terrace with individuals not picking up after their dogs. It has also been observed that the bags with dog waste in them are being thrown on the cement area in front of the dumpster. Note to those offenders: Please be considerate of your neighbors and the Community.
Connor's Pest Control
Lakeshore Condominium has contracted with Connor’s Pest Control to come to the Property on Wednesday’s bi-weekly to treat for ants/pests. Please call the office if you would like to have your unit treated. They arrive between 9:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. Please make every effort to make yourself available at that time if you request service. To achieve the best results of the treatment, both the inside and outside of units need to be treated.
