Lakeshore Condominium Board of Director Meetings are held the last Thursday of every month at 6:30 p.m. in the Lakeshore Condominium Clubhouse, 44190 Natalie Terrace. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.

AIR CONDITIONERS
As the summer approaches and the weather begins to warm, air conditioners will be turned on and used for several months before the weather cools again. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE CHECKING THE DRAIN TUBE IN YOUR AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ON A REGULAR BASIS TO ENSURE THAT IT DOES NOT BECOMNE CLOGGED. ALSO, PLEASE CHANGE OUT YOUR FILTER REGULARLY AS WELL. IF THE DRIAN TUBE BECOMES CLOGGED WATER WILL OVERFLOW OUTSIDE THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT, TO YOUR FLOOR CAUSING WATER TO INTRUDE TO THE UNIT BELOW. IF THIS OCCURS THE HOMEOWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF ALL REPAIRS TO THEIR UNIT AND THE UNIT(S) BELOW. Please call the office if you are unclear on where this drain tube is located.
GAS GRILLS AND CHARCOAL GRILLS
Per the Loudoun County Fire Marshall - Propane tanks used on any grills regardless of their size are prohibited on the property at Lakeshore. If you happen to have one on your grill it must be removed immediately and disposed of properly. The Ashburn Fire Department will receive these tanks at their facility on Ashburn Road. No charcoal grills are allowed on the decks or patios when in use. You must pull your grill out 15 feet from the building when in operation. Violation of this Fire Code is a class one misdemeanor, punishable by law. Please keep everyone safe.
BIRD FEEDERS
Please do not put bird food in bird feeders. The bird food not only will attract birds making nests but the food will also attract other rodents such as mice.
3rd FLOOR HALLWAY WINDOWS
If you open the 3rd floor hallway windows please be sure to close them again. Opening 3rd floor hallway windows allow birds to get into the hallways. It also allows for rain to get in the hallway area as well. |
