The Mills Recreation Center, located at 43895 Grottoes Drive, is currently the second largest recreation center in the Village and will accommodate 110 guests when using tables and chairs and 125-135 guests when tables and chairs are not needed, such as for an exercise class or aerobics. In addition to an outdoor pool, tennis courts and a soccer field used by the community, the Mills also has an unfurnished meeting room available for rent by any member of the Association in good standing. The outdoor pool, tennis courts and soccer field are not presently available for private rental. |
This recreation center room contains:
- 2 rooms (smaller is carpeted and larger has linoleum).
- Kitchenette (small refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, microwave, sink).
- Rest rooms.
- Collapsible banquet-length tables (usually 6-8).
- Chairs (approximately 40-45).
- High Speed Wireless Internet.
In order to reserve this meeting room, a rental contract must be completed and submitted to the Association along with payment (rental and security). - Ashburn Village Boulevard to the first stoplight (intersection of Ashburn Village Boulevard and Gloucester Parkway).
- Bear right at stoplight onto Gloucester Parkway.
- 2nd left onto Grottoes Drive.
- Recreation Center is immediately on the left.

- Ashburn Village Boulevard to the first stoplight (intersection of Ashburn Village Boulevard and Gloucester Parkway).
