The Lakes Recreation Center, located at 44078 Cheltenham Circle, is the largest recreation center in the Village. In addition to an outdoor pool, tennis courts and a multipurpose/basketball court, this recreation center has nearly 2,000 square feet of meeting space.
The Lakes has a 53'w x 40'l great room and fully functional kitchen. The great room has a balcony with French doors that overlook the swimming pool and beautiful Lake Ashburn. This is the perfect place for a large function like a wedding reception or a retirement party. The committee meeting room and adjacent sports court are not available for rent.
This recreation center room contains:
- Carpeted great room with French doors overlooking the swimming pool.

- Restrooms
- 6' rectangular tables (3)
- 60" round tables (8)
- Chairs (100)
In order to reserve this meeting room, a rental contract must be completed and submitted to the Association along with payment (rental and security). Directions to the Lakes Recreation Center from Rt. 7:
- Ashburn Village Boulevard to the first stoplight (intersection of Ashburn Village Boulevard and Gloucester Parkway).
- Proceed through the stoplight.
- 4th right onto Cheltenham Circle.
- Recreation Center is immediately on the right.
Directions to the Lakes Recreation Center from Waxpool Road/Farmwell Road:
- Ashburn Village Boulevard to the 1st left - Cheltenham Circle.
- Follow Cheltenham Circle around and through the LakePoint neighborhood.
- Recreation Center is on the left near the end of the circle.
OR
- Ashburn Village Boulevard to the 3rd left - Cheltenham Circle.
- Left onto Cheltenham Circle.
- Recreation Center is the 1st right.
