Within reach of the entire Washington Area, Ashburn Village is easily accessible from  Route 7, Route 28, and the Dulles Toll Road.  We're also near historic Leesburg, filled with charming antique shops, lovely restaurants, and popular shopping at Leesburg Premium Outlets.

From the Tyson's Corner Area (Route 7 or Route 267):

If on Route 7, continue west towards Leesburg.  Continue on Route 7 past the
exit for Route 28.  Approximately 4 miles further, take a left at the
stoplight for Ashburn Village Boulevard.  Just look for our 8 American Flags
at the intersection.  You can't miss them.

From the Dulles Toll Road (Route 267),  exit onto Route 28 North towards
Sterling.  Merge left onto the flyover ramp for Route 28 onto Waxpool Road
(Route 625).  Continue on Waxpool Road.  Take a right onto Ashburn Village
Boulevard. 


From Route 66 East or West:

Exit onto Route 28 North and follow the directions above.
