BALANCE TRAINING
This class is designed to improve balance through core strengthening and posture awareness training! The ability to have firm footing is of utmost importance when it comes to balance. Participants will learn balance training techniques and weight training exercises that will not only help them gain strength, but will improve their balance and stability!

DEEP WATER TRAINING
Utilize deep water running exercises to strengthen and tone muscles, improve your cardiovascular system, and allow you to enjoy a refreshing and challenging workout with less stress and strain on your joints. This course is suitable for all levels, including non-swimmers. However, due to pool depth, the maximum height limit for the class is approximately 5'10". Click here to register.

BIGGEST LOSER CHALLENGE
This fitness program offers 8 weeks of personal training geared towards anyone interested in decreasing inches from their waist!
We welcome everyone as our training program is designed to accommodate all levels of fitness. You will be paired up with a partner or bring your own partner. The person who loses the highest percentage of body weight at the end of challenge is crowned the Biggest Loser and awarded a prize. Challenge Begins January 23!

COREFIT
Join Instructor Laura for this unique blend of tri-plane movement sequences using body weight and training toys for a completely new approach to core training. This program is inspired by professional instructors who will leave you feeling parts of your body that you never knew existed! You will be fit to the core before you know it! This class is for ages 16+.

Boot Camp is a four-week weight-loss challenge that provides the tools and inspiration to get in shape, shed extra pounds and adopt a healthier lifestyle! All Fitness Levels Welcome!

MUSCULAR MOMMIES
Get back in shape with your baby by your side! This class focuses on strength training, cardio and abdominal work. Your child (6 months to 4 years) can join in on the fun or simply play on your mat while you tone your entire body!

TEEN STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Teen Strength and Conditioning is an advanced Teen Weight Training course that will help teens create personal weight training workouts. Teens will develop weight training goals and learn a variety of weight training methods to achieve those goals. They will also learn how to become stronger for team sports by developing sport-specific weight training workouts! Teens must complete the Teen Weight Training course or be 16 years or older to participate.
This course will meet two days a week for three weeks.

TEEN WEIGHT TRAINING
This course gives a general introduction to the "dos and don'ts" of fitness and weight training, emphasizing safety, proper technique, weight selection, as well as gym etiquette. Please note, participation in both days of the session is required. Course is the following days/times:

COUCH TO 5K
This program will help prepare you to run a 5K in 8 weeks! This is an entry level program, but all fitness levels are welcome! The course will culminate with the Ashburn Village 5K race on April 22nd! There will be an informational meeting at 7:00pm on February 16th, just check in with the front desk!
