INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE MAILING RECEIVED:

Online Bill Payers: change bill pay address to the address in Orlando, Fl ; account number and amount (both found on the bottom of the statement).

Direct Debit Payers: Complete the bottom of the statement and submit a voided check.  These can be returned via mail to the bank as instructed or dropped at the HOA office located at 44025 Courtland Drive.  If dropped off after hours they may be placed in the secured night drop.

ASSESSMENTS - HOW TO PAY

• All residents will be receiving an envelope containing new banking information to sign up for either bill pay or direct debit.  Please remember any checks written for monthly HOA dues  will be assessed a $25.00 fee.
• All payments made for the entire annual assessment amount will not be assessed the $25.00 check fee.

HOW TO GET UPDATED INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLAGE

• Sign up for the Association's email blast.  This information will update you on pool closings, snow removal, upcoming events, and any other pertentant Village information.

ASSESSMENTS - HOW YOUR MONEY IS ALLOCATED

• The Association operates on a ZERO (O) budget.  All homeowners, Class B-multifamily and Commercial properties pay assessments.  For a further explanation of what the assessments pay for click on the "Assessment Explanation" link below.

BUDGET AND FINANCE COMMITTEE

• The B&F committee meets every third Monday of the Month at the Lakes Recreational Center on Cheltenham Circle at 6:30 PM
• The committee is always looking for resident volunteers!!!!

GENERAL ACCOUNTING INFORMATION

• The annual audit is scheduled for Jan. 30, 2012
