LAKES COMMUNITY CENTER
The Lakes Community Center, located at 44078 Cheltenham Circle, is the largest Community Center in the Village and will accommodate 220 guests (standing room only) and is available to rent by any homeowner member in good standing. In addition, the Lakes boasts an outdoor pool, lighted tennis courts and a multi-purpose court. The outdoor pool, tennis courts and multi-purpose court are not available for private rental.
At this community center:
- Full size kitchen (refrigerator, 4 burner stove top, oven, microwave, sink).
- Mens and Womens Restrooms.
- 7- 60 inch. round banquet tables.
- 2- 6ft. banquet tables.
- Chairs (approximately 100).
- High Speed Wireless Internet.
MILLS COMMUNITY CENTER
The Mills Community Center, located at 43895 Grottoes Drive, is currently the second largest Community Center in the Village and will accommodate 110 guests when using tables and chairs and 125-135 guests when tables and chairs are not needed, such as for an exercise class or aerobics. In addition to an outdoor pool, tennis courts and a soccer field used by the community, the Mills also has an unfurnished meeting room available for rent by any member of the Association in good standing. The outdoor pool, tennis courts and soccer field are not available for private rental.
At this community center:
- 2 rooms (smaller is carpeted and larger has linoleum)
- Kitchenette (small refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, microwave, sink)
- Restrooms
- Collapsible banquet-length tables (usually 6-8)
- Chairs (approximately 40-45)
- High Speed Wireless Internet
WOODS COMMUNITY CENTER
The Woods Community Center, located at 44020 Louisa Drive, is the smallest and coziest Community Center in the Village and will accommodate approximately 55 guests. In addition to an outdoor pool, basketball and tennis courts, the Woods has a fully furnished meeting room available for rent by any member of the Association in good standing. The outdoor pool and tennis courts are not available for private rental.
At this community center:
- Solid surface flooring
- Full kitchen facility, but no microwave
- Restrooms
- Sofas, end tables, coffee table
- Collapsible banquet-length tables and chairs
- Wooden tables and ladder-back chairs
- High Speed Wireless Internet
RESERVATIONS AND RENTAL INFORMATION
IMPORTANT NOTICE: No new community center reservations will be taken until further notice.
In order to reserve this community center you must be an Ashburn Village homeowner. Ashburn Village homeowners are not permitted to rent the facility on behalf of non Ashburn Village residents. In addition, a rental contract must be completed and submitted to the Association along with payment (rental and security deposit).
