Association Operations


In Ashburn Village, the General Manager and Assistant General Manager oversee the daily operations of the community.  The General Manager reports directly to the President of the Board of Directors and has supervision of all employees, vendor/contractor relations, homeowner relations, coordination of professional services, administration, maintenance and operations, facility and asset management, and security of all Association properties.   The General Manager keeps the Board President aware of developments affecting personal injury and damage to property, current and proposed County, State, and Federal regulations that impact the business of the Association, as well as actions concerning the implementation and enforcement of the Association Documents and Policies as they pertain to the daily operations of the Association.

The responsibilities of the Assistant General Manager are focused on office operations and community communications including the management of annual Board elections and the Annual Meeting as required by Association Governing Documents.  The Assistant General Manager is the editor of the Associations' monthly newsletter, The Villager, and handles matters involving community relations and coordination of special events.
