Register online at https://register.runwashington.com/index.php?id=61. Online Registration ends April 19. Registration forms can also be turned in at or mailed to the Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion at 20585 Ashburn Village Blvd., Ashburn, VA 20147. Checks can be made out to AVCA. Send registrations c/o Ashburn Village Race.

All race proceeds will be donated to the Ashburn Volunteer Fire Department.
RACE SITE AND COURSES
The race site is at the Ashburn Elementary School at 44062 Fincastle Drive, Ashburn, VA 20147. The start and finish for all events is in front of the school. The 10K and 5K start together at 8:15am and the fun run begins at 8:25am. The 5K and 10K courses are USATF certified (certification ID# VA-09004-RT). The courses loop down Ashburn Village Boulevard and through scenic Ashburn Village. There is no more than a one percent grade incline at any time. Click here to download course maps.
AWARDS
The fastest three men and women overall in both the 5K and 10K will receive awards. The top male and female in both races for each of the following age groups will get an award: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70 years and older.
CHRONOTRACK TIMING AND SCORING
Transponder timing operated by Capital Running Company will be used to score the 5K and 10K races. The system uses a computer "tag" which must be tied to each runners' shoelaces and records the exact time a runner crosses the starting line and the finish line, resulting in a net time for each runner. The tag is disposable. Overall awards will be based upon clock time and age group awards will be based upon transponder times.
PACKET PICK-UP AND LATE REGISTRATION
Race Packet Pickup is on Saturday, April 21, from 12-5pm. Location for packet pickup has changed to the Woods Recreation Center, 44020 Louisa Drive, Ashburn, VA 20147. At this time, you will receive your race bib (5K & 10K runners only), t-shirt and sign your waiver (if you have not already). Each runner over 18 must sign their own waiver. Packets should be picked up in person but you may pick up for another individual if they have signed their own waiver. Click here to download an adult race waiver and here for a minor waiver.
Late registration will be available on Saturday, April 21 from 12-5pm at the Woods Recreation Center, 444020 Louisa Drive, Ashburn, VA 20147. On race day, you may register and pick up race packets from 7 to 7:45am. Please register in advance to avoid the lines.
DIRECTIONS FROM THE BELTWAY ROUTE I-495
Take VA Route 7 west towards Leesburg for nearly 16 miles. Turn left onto Ashburn Village Blvd and go about a mile and a half to the Ashburn Elementary School and another quarter mile to the Sports Pavilion. We are only 10 minutes from Dulles Airport.
