ALERTS
 
Yard waste collection has concluded for the season and will resume in March 2017.  
 
Beginning, March 1, 2017, Republic Services will only collect a maximum of 10 bags of grass clippings or leaves and/or 10 bundles of brush in biodegradable paper bags or reusable containers. Plastic bags will no longer be serviced.  Please click here for additional information regarding this change.
FARMWELL ROAD WIDENING PUBLIC INPUT MEETING
 
A public input meeting regarding the Farmwell Road Widening project has tentatively been scheduled for May 30th at 6:30pm at Broad Run High School.  It is important that all homeowners attend this meeting.  Even though it may not affect your property, it may affect your homeowners' dues as land, landscaping and the two entrance features at Ashburn Village Boulevard and Farmwell Road are scheduled to be removed.  We will keep you posted via this page and email blasts.  For more information on this project, please click here.

Farmwell Road Widening - Smith Switch To Ashburn Road Update

This project provides for the design, right-of-way acquisition and widening of Farmwell Road from Smith Switch to Ashburn Road. The project will widen the existing road to a six-lane urban major collector and is currently in Design Phase.

Yard waste

New yard waste collection requirements effective March 6, 2017.  Plastic bags will no longer be accepted for yard waste collection.  For more information please click here.
 
B.F. Saul Presentation

At the October Board of Directors meeting, Packie Crown from Bowman Consulting Group presented to the homeowners on behalf of B.F. Saul the rezoning changes submitted to the county regarding the parcel at the corner of Ashburn Village Boulevard and Route 7.  Currently, this parcel is zoned for commercial use only but the rezoning application if approved by the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors would change it to a Mixed Use Development which will include commercial, retail and multi-family housing.

Lot-By-Lot Inspections Schedule
 
2017 Inspections Are In Progress
 
Please review your properties to be sure it is in compliance with Ashburn Village Governing Documents, A&E Guidelines and AVCA policies. The full set of documents can be found on the Association's website under Documents and Forms.  For more information click on Inspections.
 
The Village conducts its inspections, as weather permits, in the order of 8 zones.  It is possible that an inspector will be present in your area outside the Zone in progress as AVCA receives concerns or resale disclosure requests.
 
During all types of inspections, residents should expect to see a AVCA inspector on their property. Each inspector will have a AVCA ID badge as well as signage on their car. If you should have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact the HOA office at (703)723-7910.
