The Fire 4-1-1
Posted on Feb 20th, 2018
The Loudoun County Fire Marshal's Office mission is to provide a safe working and living environment for residents, workers, and travelers by focusing on fire prevention activities. This effort includes investigating common causes of fire and educating residents about how to protect themselves. Home fires are preventable! The Fire 4-1-1 is a newsletter that demonstrates some of the common accidental fire causes encountered in the county during the previous quarter and cumulatively throughout the fiscal year (July 2017-June 2018).

Lot-By-Lot Inspections Schedule

2018 Inspections Are Coming Soon

Please review your properties to be sure it is in compliance with Ashburn Village Governing Documents, A&E Guidelines and AVCA policies. The full set of documents can be found on the Association's website under Documents and Forms.  For more information click on Inspections.

The Village conducts its inspections, as weather permits, in the order of 7 zones.  It is possible that an inspector will be present in your area outside the Zone in progress as AVCA receives concerns or resale disclosure requests.

During all types of inspections, residents should expect to see a AVCA inspector on their property. Each inspector will have a AVCA ID badge as well as signage on their car. If you should have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact the HOA office at (703)723-7910.
