IMPORTANT INFORMATION about the upcoming  Loudoun County Board of Supervisors Meeting January 18, 2018 and the widening of Farmwell Road.  Please see the information in the "NEWS" box below.
The heating equipment in both the tennis bubble and the indoor pool are not operating at full capacity. The indoor pool remains open but please note water temperatures are below normal. All tennis programs have been canceled for 1/18/18, please check with AVSP Tennis Director for all programming. We thank you for your patience as we work to correct this as quick as possible.

Farmwell Road Scope Adjustment - Board of Supervisors Meeting 1/18/18

The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors have on their January 18, 2018 Agenda the Farmwell Road Scope Adjustment item.
The purpose of this item is "To seek endorsement from the Board of Supervisors (Board) for an adjustment to the scope for the Farmwell Road project that will change the design from roadway widening to intersection and pedestrian improvements along the project limits."
The County Staff is also recommending that the Board of Supervisors not direct the modification of the CTP to remove the widening of Farmwell Road.

Homeowners No Longer Need to Submit a Re-Inspection Form For Corrected Violations
Effective immediately, homeowners no longer to need to submit a Re-Inspection Form for violations they have corrected.  An inspection will automatically be done after the compliance date.

Please review your properties to be sure it is in compliance with Ashburn Village Governing Documents, A&E Guidelines and AVCA policies. The full set of documents can be found on the Association's website under Documents and Forms.  For more information click on Inspections.
The Village conducts its inspections, as weather permits, in the order of 7 zones.  It is possible that an inspector will be present in your area outside the Zone in progress as AVCA receives concerns or resale disclosure requests.
During all types of inspections, residents should expect to see a AVCA inspector on their property. Each inspector will have a AVCA ID badge as well as signage on their car. If you should have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact the HOA office at (703)723-7910.
