ALERTS
 
Auto burglary often can be prevented with a few simple actions.  The most important is to lock your car door every time.  Take your valuables with you and with these two actions, you’ve just gone a long way in preventing your car from being broken into.   Click here for additional tips on how to prevent car break-ins.  Click here to view the LCSO video.
   
Yard waste collection has concluded for the season and will resume in March 2017.  Christmas trees can be placed curbside for pick up on Monday, January 2, 2017 and Monday, January 9, 2017.  
 
Beginning, March 1, 2017, Republic Services will only collect a maximum of 10 bags of grass clippings or leaves and/or 10 bundles of brush in biodegradable paper bags or reusable containers. Plastic bags will no longer be serviced.  Please click here for additional information regarding this change.

New yard waste collection requirements effective March 6, 2017.  Plastic bags will no longer be accepted for yard waste collection.  For more information please click here.
 
B.F. Saul Presentation

At the October Board of Directors meeting, Packie Crown from Bowman Consulting Group presented to the homeowners on behalf of B.F. Saul the rezoning changes submitted to the county regarding the parcel at the corner of Ashburn Village Boulevard and Route 7.  Currently, this parcel is zoned for commercial use only but the rezoning application if approved by the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors would change it to a Mixed Use Development which will include commercial, retail and multi-family housing.

AER/Covenants News
Lot-By-Lot Inspections Schedule
 

Annual lot-by-lots inspections will begin in April.  Residents should expect to see an inspector in the areas listed below.   The inspector will be carrying an ID badge as well as signage on their cars. Please review your properties to be sure it is in compliance with your AER guidelines.  For more information, please click here:  Inspections.  In addition to the lot-by-lot inspections, inspectors do monthly curbside inspections on every street in the Village.
