ALERTS
Please accept our sincere apologies for misinformation that appeared in the September Villager issue with regards to the Villagefest All Day wristband price. In error, the all day wristband cost was printed as $20 when the actual cost is $25. Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion sincerely appreciates your continued patronage to all the special events that we host all year long.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.  We look forward to seeing you and your family at the 2014 Villagefest!

ANNUAL ELECTION FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Homeowners will be receiving the Board of Directors Annual Election packet in the mail during the week of September 15th.  Information on how to vote for the Board of Directors is included in the packet.  Homeowners who have previously voted online in the Governing Documents vote will receive an email message to vote.  All homeowners will have the option to vote via online or by paper ballot.  In order to make quorum, please cast your vote as soon possible.  If we do not meet quorum, the Annual Meeting cannot be held and we will have to go through the process and expense to schedule a new vote and meeting.  All homeowners in good standing who vote will be entered into a drawing for the chance to win either one year of free assessments (1 name drawn) or one month of free assements (12 names drawn).  You can't win if you don't VOTE!  Click to her view the Annual Packet.
